The revival of trade negotiations between the U.S. and China after a months-long standstill has provoked new hopes in financial markets that an all-out trade war may be averted.
U.S. central bankers are ready to raise interest rates again so long as the economy stays healthy, according to a record of the Federal Reserve’s most recent policy meeting. “Many participants suggested that if incoming data continued to support their current economic outlook, it would likely soon be appropriate to take another step in removing policy accommodation,” minutes of the July 31-Aug. 1 Federal Open Market Committee meeting released Wednesday in Washington said.
FTSE 100 Trading Signals, Forecast and Prediction
Due to the fact that we got near to all my key resistance levels and then dropped back yesterday I think that there is still potential for a drop down, and on the FTSE 100 I am looking at the 7495 area for support.
The daily chart is still bearish with 7620 resistance for today, and the 2 hour chart is on the cusp of going bearish again, with resistance at 7567.
