A while back we did a poll to see what the consensus was for where the FTSE would end. These are the results. 8% of all votes were right with 6200 being the closest round number. Seems we were mostly an optimistic lot, with the majority thinking 6500!
I think 2016 could be positive for the FTSE 100 though, so I expect we will see 7000 again at some point, and maybe even a new all time high.
