Technical analysis for FTSE 100 for 2nd September 2025

A slow and steady drop off the 9220 level yesterday and that remains the line in the and with the R1 and 30m 200ema here, so we may well see any test of that again today see the bears appear for a bit of a Bear Tuesday to play out later. The US returns from their holiday and a rise and dip would play out well on that as they won't like seeing their markets starting on the back foot. It feels like a short the rallies day today.
